• ACD Concept Kft. provides business and IT consulting services, and also delivers general contracting services for residential real estate developments implemented as our own investments.  
  In addition to these activities, we undertake the automation of existing or newly built industrial and residential buildings, the design and implementation of smart homes, and the execution of related high- and low-voltage electrical works (installation of alarm systems, cameras, and gate opener systems).  
  In this latter field, we design, install, and customize building automation software and hardware without involving additional parties. Depending on the client’s needs, we build our solutions on the Loxone smart home system specifically designed for this purpose, or on open-architecture components of similar performance and reliability (critical systems: Siemens PLC / MTBF 90+ years /; non-critical systems: Tuya or Sonoff IoT solutions).

Our leadership

• 

  Zoltán Tóth, founder and owner

  I have more than 20 years of experience as a middle and senior manager and as a consultant at major Hungarian companies. I primarily feel at home in the world of IT—especially banking IT—but I have always been drawn to construction, where not only bits and bytes move, but envisioned concepts also take shape physically. Since building our own home, I have been working with home automation since 2019—first as a hobby, and from 2025 onwards professionally as well. In the first 10 years of my career I also worked as a software developer and as an IT operations specialist, so in building automation I have hands-on experience across every relevant discipline. When designing and envisioning the system’s required functions, I can draw on my experience as a business analyst; on the hardware side, as an electrician; as an application operations specialist and information security professional; and on the software side, as a programmer—while during implementation I leverage my project management and leadership experience, bridging issues caused by the often difficult and incomplete flow of information between disciplines.

  Krisztina Tóth, Head of Finance and Sales

  I primarily manage tasks related to quotations and contracts, company finances, and procurement. I hold a degree in economics, and previously worked as a real estate valuer and sales agent, focusing mainly on Budapest’s outer districts towards Vecsés, as well as Vecsés itself and the surrounding agglomeration settlements. In addition to my responsibilities as head of finance, I participate in the design process of our own-investment properties, ensuring that aspects are incorporated into the plans that not only guarantee the functional requirements expected today, but also support the sense of coziness and comfort that is often best discovered through a woman’s perspective.

  Csaba Tóth, Technical Manager

  I have several years of experience in construction, primarily working on building family houses and smaller apartment buildings. Electrical work and mechanical systems are closest to me, but in addition to mechanical and electrical work I have also worked as a mason, carpenter, welder, and tiler. Based on this experience, I can efficiently organize the work of each discipline and manage dependencies. One of my most important responsibilities is ensuring the appropriate quality of our construction projects in cooperation with the responsible technical managers and inspectors. A key tool for this is that the “finger-pointing” between trades—often experienced by clients during construction—cannot occur in our projects. That is exactly why we can operate as a general contractor: we can contribute to every phase of the work ourselves, and we have real professional experience with every phase.
