Construction of newly built apartments and apartment buildings

As a general construction contractor, we primarily focus on building properties owned by us. As part of our current project, a 3-unit apartment building is being constructed in the center of Üllő, near the Reformed Church. The planned completion date of the construction is September 30, 2026, and the sale of the apartments is planned to start at the beginning of 2026.

  Smart homes and building automation

The goal of smart home systems is to make everyday life more comfortable, safer, and more energy-efficient. Our company primarily delivers custom home control solutions based on open-architecture systems, and—where critical systems are involved (e.g., heating/cooling control)—highly reliable Siemens industrial solutions, either as a retrofit automation for existing properties or as part of new builds. The most important feature of our solution is that we can integrate devices from almost any manufacturer—from heating/cooling systems through alarm systems to the increasingly common affordable wireless smart devices (e.g., Tuya, Sonoff, Xiaomi devices using Wi‑Fi or Zigbee communication protocols). If required, we also work with standard solutions—including, in particular, the Loxone smart home system, which is among the most widely used in the CE region.
